The Practices:

Proliance Eastside ENT, a Division of Proliance Surgeons, Inc., P.S., is a five-physician otolaryngology practice with offices in Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond, Washington. Committed to providing expert medical and surgical care in all aspects of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery the physicians treat:

  • Nasal and sinus disease, including cosmetic rhinoplasty
  • Snoring and sleep apnea
  • Hearing and ear disorders
  • Thyroid and parathyroid surgical disease
  • Head and neck cancer
  • All aspects of pediatric otolaryngology with the most current techniques of adeno-tonsillar surgery
  • Orbital Graves disease
  • Swallowing, speaking and salivary disorders

 

The Children’s and Family Eye Doctors, a Division of Proliance Surgeons, Inc., P.S., provides comprehensive eye care (medical and surgical) for children of all ages, as well as adults with strabismus.  We also provide eye exams for children, adolescents, and adults in our Redmond, Washington office.  We focus to provide the highest quality medical, surgical, and vision eye care for our patients in a warm and caring environment.  Northwest families and referring physicians have trusted our care for over 35 years.  We have no higher honor than keeping this sacred trust.

The Role:

The Practice Administrator will report to each care center’s Managing Partner and Proliance Surgeons’ COO. The role encompasses all of the responsibilities traditionally associated with the senior administrator of a medical group. Among them:

  • Monitor and manage all aspects of the practice’s operations as a means of continuously improving the patient experience and ensuring that every patient encounter is a positive one
  • Develop annual budgets and manage the variables that contribute to strong financial performance
  • Analyze the practice’s financial performance and champion opportunities for improvement
  • Lead a productive, team-oriented work environment. Be a reliable presence in the various offices and conduct regular staff meetings to provide information and solicit feedback. Coach and mentor staff by example and through use of clearly communicated expectations, progress meetings and performance reviews. Develop effective working relationships with each office’s administrative lead
  • Lead and direct all activities related to administration, facilities, marketing, medical records, patient satisfaction, personnel management and regulatory compliance
  • Develop smart, cost effective approaches for marketing the practice and enhancing its relationships with hospitals, practices and providers
  • Manage physician and staff recruitment, onboarding and compensation administration
  • Ensure that company core values are modeled and policies and procedures are followed
  • Leverage the resources in the Proliance Central Office to help meet the needs of the care centers

Candidate Qualifications:

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in health care administration or a business discipline
  • Seven or more years in health care administration positions of increasing responsibility, ideally for independent medical groups
  • Demonstrated skills in finance, human resources, marketing, operations and strategy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills; NextGen EPM experience a plus
