Job Description:

The PSM is responsible for the management of the front desk, scheduling, check-out and call center for a large orthopedic practice with several locations.  The PSM will be part of the POA management team and work through many different projects within the organization.

This is a full time position mainly Monday – Friday.  We offer an excellent salary with a generous benefit package based on experience and education.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

Extensive experience with patient service management preferred for this position.  The PSM will have high energy, with extensive experience in medical practice flows and efficiencies.  The PSM will have high regards to customer service and have the ability to develop metrics to measure customer service and productivity.  Supervision of group of 10 or more employees preferred.  Excellent computer and organizational skills are required.  The ability to multi-task is required.  Problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and mitigate issues are preferential for this position.
