Assist manager with all business operations; including information systems, regulatory compliance, improving patient satisfaction, financials, compensation administration, personnel management and office flow.
Supervise clinical and billing office staff in a team oriented work environment
Create and perform analysis of financial reports
Continue to grow in role to eventually take over administrator position
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in health care administration, business or related field
Three or more years of health care billing experience; including insurance benefits, charge entry and payment posting
Two or more years of supervisory experience; leads with a collaborative style and helps build employee morale
Solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements, along with the ability to analyze and explain financial performance
Strong Micrrosoft Excel and Word skills
Experience with Nextgen and/or Greenway software preferred

High performing individual who is self-motivated, flexible, deals well with ambiguity and does not require continual supervision to get the job done
Excellent communicator who can articulate effectively both vocally and in writing
Employee may choose to work 4 or 5 days per week but this is a full-time position. No week-ends and no evenings. A fun group to work for but we set the bar high for ourselves and others.
