Proliance Orthopedic Associates, a division of Proliance Surgeons, Inc., is seeking a full-time, outgoing, energetic individual to work in our fast paced clinic in the marketing department. We currently have 15 physicians and 14 PA’s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in marketing efforts to increase growth
  • New Business development
  • Run events at various venues
  • Marketing strategies and techniques
  • Follow up with referral contacts and maintain relationships
  • Assist with day to day task needs of the clinic administrator

Job Requirements:

  • Work requires considerable knowledge of the marketing/communications fields as applied to the health care industry sufficient to support operational leaders in their efforts to develop important business strategies, and implement effective marketing/communications plans
  • Self-motivated with the ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment and a willingness to be flexible
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills both in person and on the phone
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must have good customer service skills and have the ability to work independently

Required Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelors in Marketing is a plus

Required Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in marketing & communication

This is a full time position Monday through Friday with a complete benefits package.
