Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is the art of healing utilizing stretching, strengthening, modalities, and manual techniques to increase function and decrease pain.

Our goal is to listen to our patients and provide one-on-one care to develop a program specifically tailored to the individual. Our therapists are dedicated to optimizing function in the shortest amount of time. They work closely with our orthopedic surgeons to ensure the highest quality of care.

We offer physical therapy services throughout the Puget Sound. Our therapists are specialty trained in orthopedic care to evaluate your muscuoloskeletal needs from low back pain to gait evaluations and sports rehabilitation. We work closely with your physician and surgeon to offer the best treatment plan that will get you back to your activities you love.

Because of our close relationship with your surgeon we have designed post operative rehabilitation programs that offer early intervention. Typically we can start your care 1 day to 3 weeks after surgery depending on the type of procedure you have had. Early movement helps speed the recovery time and promotes healing.
With an active population in the pacific northwest, our therapists have designed sports therapy programs to meet your needs. We have sports conditioning to help you prepare for that upcoming race. Our therapists will teach your stretching and training techniques to build your endurance and avoid injury. If you need help with your golf swing, we provide expert analysis to add power and distance.

Our hand therapy program is staffed with both certified physical therapist and occupational therapists that are specialty certified in hand therapy. They are trained to build custom splits that support the specific type of hand surgery your surgeon performs. They will work on your range of motion and strength to progress out of wearing the splint and back to activities of daily living.
