Standard hours of POSM operation plus before / after hours meetings and projects as needed


  • Base Salary plus Bonus linked to the financial performance of the organization

Essential Functions:

  • Oversees the core operational functions of Proliance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, including POSM Clinics, MRI, and Proliance Sports Therapy
  • Financial oversight of the Proliance Highlands Surgery Center
  • Contributes to strategic planning and growth of the organization
  • Serves as a representative and liaison to Proliance Central Office and affiliated healthcare organizations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all processes provide the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction
  • Optimize internal operations to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Lead and direct all activities related to POSM clinics, PT, and MRI
  • Regularly meet and interface with POSM Managing Partner and Executive Committee
  • Coordinate and support all EC and All Physician Meetings
  • Responsible to communicate with Proliance executive team regularly, including responsibility for running The Operations Management Groups (Enterprise-wide and Clinic-focused) meetings
  • Monitor all aspects of practice operations and facilities, striving to continuously improve efficiency, effectiveness, optimization and profitability
  • Evaluate new opportunities and programs to generate additional practice revenues
  • Develop, with the Executive Committee, and manage to an annual operating budget
  • Focus on cost containment and ensuring practice overhead costs are minimized
  • Establish, oversee, and continuously improve clinic operating policies and procedures
  • Create a productive, team-oriented work environment
  • Maintain a reliable presence in the clinics and conducts regular staff meetings to ensure constructive exchanges of information and feedback
  • Coach and mentor staff by example and through use of clearly communicated expectations, progress meetings and performance reviews
  • Ensure that practice’s core values are modeled, communicated, and monitored
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality with staff and patients
  • Plan, develop, recommend and implements timely and cost effective strategies to meet and exceed practice development goals
  • Ensure clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery
  • Oversee and direct all activities related to employee development
  • Oversee and directs all activities related to marketing all POSM-related entities and interface with the POSM Marketing Committee
  • Leverage the resources in the Proliance Central Office to help meet the needs of the practice


  • Advanced business degree such as an MBA or MHA preferred
  • Required Bachelor’s degree, ideally in healthcare administration or a business discipline
  • 5+ years in health care administration
  • Demonstrated skills in operations, management, finance, human resources, marketing, and strategy

  • Excellent judgment, understands what s/he does not know and what questions to ask to reach well informed decisions that minimize risk and enhance clinic performance and patient experience

  • Ability to act as a representative of the practice at all times
