Cascade Ear Nose and Throat, a division of Proliance Surgeons, Inc is looking for a Patient Scheduling/Call Center Professional to join our busy ENT practice with 3 clinics and an ambulatory surgery center.

Education and Experience:

Required:

High school graduate or GED
One year medical scheduling or reception experience

Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus Job Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments via telephone
Answer patient calls and direct appropriately
Check in/register patients, verify information on established patients, and update patient information in computer Triage calls with physicians and medical assistants
Collect co­pays and payments on account in person and over the phone
Assist patients with online portal access
Accomplish other front office tasks such as scanning, faxing, opening mail, etc

Skills & Abilities:

Problem solving skills
Knowledge of medical records software systems
Knowledge of medical insurance requirements
Consistency and timeliness in attendance
Ability to communicate clearly with excellent phone etiquette
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all staff Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

Salary:

$15-­15.50 per hour in a benefited position
