REDs may be asked to serve as a leader in key operational management teams to champion initiatives where they may have particular expertise.

The Regional Executive Director works closely with all members of the Central Service Office (CSO) and reports directly to the Proliance Chief Operating Officer.

Key Duties and Responsibilites

  • Provides direction, coaching and mentorship to Practice Administrators and Office Managers regarding all business, clinical and financial operations in assigned Care Centers 
  • Expected to use analytical expertise and influence to support the Care Center’s process of change to meet targets and goals 
  • Ultimately drive continuous improvement of patient services, maintain or enhance the integrity of all clinical practices and improve the financial viability of each practice 
  • Provides leadership and direction for all activities related to people/team members, administration, physical office sites, information systems, office management and safety
