Biography

Jennifer E. Souders, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist. She currently focuses on the clinical assessment and treatment of chronic pain disorders. Her diagnostic and interventional pain management practice includes using ultrasound guided diagnostic procedures. She consults with each patient’s primary care and referring physicians, and she specializes in complex medication management and creation of short and long-term treatment plans.

Dr. Souders was the medical director at The Pain Center of Bellevue, and has taught at the University of Washington School of Medicine as a clinical associate professor. Additionally, she has held attending physician positions at the University of Washington and with the Veterans Administration Puget Sound Health Care System. Dr. Souders is an independent medical consultant for biotechnology and medical device development. She is frequently asked to deliver lectures on the topics of chronic pain and anesthesiology at professional conferences and seminars.
