Overview

Daniel Oh, MD, is a double board-certified interventional pain management physician and physiatrist who provides skilled care of painful conditions. As a greater Seattle area native, he is honored to serve the community that he has always called home.

Dr. Oh attended Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, where he earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology. He then returned home to complete his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Following medical school, Dr. Oh did his Physiatry residency in New York City at NewYork-Presbyterian – Columbia & Cornell, affiliated with Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Oh’s strong interest in pain medicine led him to complete an interventional and multidisciplinary pain management fellowship at Northwestern University and Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, which has been consistently ranked the top rehab hospital in the country.

Dr. Oh aims to treat every patient as he would his own family member and provides individualized care. He emphasizes a comprehensive approach to reduce pain, reclaim function, and improve quality of life. This may include non-surgical methods such as lifestyle modifications, exercise, bracing, and medications. When necessary, he offers minimally-invasive procedures such as injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, kyphoplasty, minimally-invasive spine interventions, regenerative medicine, among many other cutting-edge therapies. He has also authored numerous peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters as well as presented at national conferences.

In his free time, Dr. Oh enjoys spending time with his family, exploring restaurants, playing or watching soccer, and hiking.
