David G. Fitzgerald

David G. Fitzgerald is the Chief Executive Officer of Proliance Surgeons, Inc., P.S. Dave has more than 16 years of experience in healthcare, particularly in the finance arena as well as Administrator and CFO-level leadership for physician practices. Dave received his MBA from the University of Utah and BS from Brigham Young University. Dave spends his free time with his wife and his family, skiing and snowboarding, and traveling.

Susan R. Cero, MD

Dr. Cero is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in surgery of the knee and shoulder, and sports injuries.  She also has an interest in knee and hip Total Joint Replacement .  She has over 20 years of experience in Orthopedic Surgery, is board certified, and graduated from the University of Washington Orthopedic residency program.  She practices full time at Valley Orthopedic Associates and is the current President of VOA. She is a member of AOA Medical Honor Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, the Ruth Jackson Society, the Washington Orthopedic Association. She volunteers in her community and with her daughters in NCL.  She spends her free time with her terrific husband and children.

Gary B. Mayberry

Gary B. Mayberry is the Chief Financial Officer of Proliance Surgeons, Inc., P.S. Gary has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and financial services arenas. His experience covers cash & treasury management, accounting, budgeting, financial modeling and general operations. Gary received his MPA from Brigham Young University where he earned the Lennis Knighton Award as the top student in his graduating class. He earned his BS in Accounting/Finance from the University of Utah. Gary is a member of MGMA and HFMA where he served as Utah Chapter President. Under his leadership the Chapter received the Henry Hottam Award for outstanding growth in membership. He has also served as President of Utah Treasury Managers Association. Gary has been an adjunct faculty member at both Salt Lake Community College and Westminster College. He has also served on the boards of several community groups. Away from work Gary spends time with both community and church responsibilities. He and his wife Ann enjoy traveling with their three children.
