At Proliance Surgeons Three Rivers Ear, Nose & Throat, we are focused on diagnosing and treating a wide variety of ear, nose and throat (ENT) and head & neck disorders. We also offer audiology services for those with hearing problems, providing testing, hearing aids and ear protective devices.

Our practice is purely office-based, focused on diagnosing and treating a wide variety of ear, nose and throat (ENT) and head & neck disorders. We also offer audiology services for those with hearing problems, providing testing, hearing aids and ear protective devices.
We diagnose and treat disorders of the ear including ear infections, injury and hearing impairment. We perform minor ear surgery in the office such as ear tube placement. We also see patients with vestibular problems including dizziness, balance disorders caused by ear-related conditions.
We evaluate and treat numerous conditions of the nose and sinuses, including nasal breathing problems, chronic nose bleeds, sinus pain and infections. We often use nasal endoscopy, comfortably done in the office-setting.
We evaluate and treat a number of conditions of the mouth, throat and larynx (voice box). This includes chronic sore throats and voice conditions, often employing endoscopy that is comfortably done in our office.
We offer services to determine the cause and extent of an individual's hearing problem. Dr. Hofferber provides complete diagnostic testing in order to determine potential causes. Being a member of a medical practice, she often works in collaboration with Dr. Fong in order to render the most appropriate treatment.
We provide a wide arrange of services and products to improve an individual's hearing. Dr. Hofferber has vast experience in the design and creation of the most ideal aid or amplification device to improve the hearing problem. She works with a variety of well-known manufacturers to provide the best possible device to suit an individual's specific needs.
We provide custom made devices for individuals working in loud, noisy environments, as well as for recreational activities such as firearm hunting and shooting. Dr. Hofferber also can create custom devices to protect the ears from water exposure for children and adults, which is particularly helpful for avid swimmers or others involved in water activities.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, whether as a new or established patient.

We often give written instruction sheets to our patients during their appointment, many who felt were quite helpful in improving or resolving their particular problem.
