When Proliance Eastside Surgery Center opened in 2003, Sandy Rowe, RN, joined as the first ASC Manager. Under her leadership, patients have experienced exceptional care, surgeons and staff have enjoyed a rewarding work environment, and the facility has successfully grown through many changes. Sandy retires in January to join her husband on travels and new adventures together. We send her off with gratitude and commendation for a job exceptionally done.
