All about All in for Autism Run/Walk
For 17 years, the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club (BBRC) has organized the All in for Autism 5K/10K Run/Walk. The goal behind the BBRC’s annual race is to raise awareness and funds that enhance the quality of life for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), their families and caregivers.
According the Centers for the Disease Control and Prevention, 1 in 54 children are diagnosed with ASD at age eight, which means ASD affects thousands of families across the United States. These families often struggle to understand the challenges their children experience, and often cannot afford to pay for the autistic services that their children need.
