Our experts help you find the perfect pair of glasses, and we will give you the benefit of our expertise in how to use them and care for them. We back every purchase you make with the maximum warranty offered by the manufacturer. We offer trial contact lenses to our patients as a courtesy.

With over 700 frames, our boutique has one of the largest selections in the area. We carry about 350 children’s eyeglass frames in stock, making our selection the biggest in western Washington.

We offer the best warranties available on the East Side. We offer a 20% discount on a second pair of glasses purchased within one year of your first pair.

Frames

All of our frames are backed by the maximum warranty offered by the manufacturer. We offer an unlimited breakage warranty (manufacture defect only) for one year from the date of purchase. Breakage due to accidents, for example sitting on, dog chewing are not covered under warranty. Any attempt to fix the frame on your own (use of tools, glue) will negate the warranty.

Ophthalmic Lenses

We will replace your lenses one time, 6 months from the date the prescription was written, for a doctor’s change in the prescription. Additionally, replacement due to scratching, chipping or breakage with the same prescription, and frame, for one year from date of purchase. We also offer a customer satisfaction remake within 60 days for exchange only. The difference in price will not be refunded on exchange warranties.

Contact Lenses

We provide free shipping when you order a 6 month supply or greater.

Many of the suppliers we use provide rebates on the purchase of a 1 year supply of contacts within 60 days of a complete contact lens exam.
