Jonah Hulst, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. His clinical focus includes: primary joint replacement of the hip and knee, revision joint replacement of the hip and knee, partial replacement of the knee, anterior hip replacement, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and rapid recovery protocols. In addition to his special interest in joint replacement, Dr. Hulst performs some fracture care and general orthopedics.
Dr. Hulst attended medical school and took his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California, San Diego. He completed a joint reconstruction fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, where he trained with internationally recognized leaders in joint replacement.
Dr. Hulst believes it’s important to consider each patient’s unique goals and expectations. He wants his patients to play a key role in the decision-making process, educating them on both surgical and non-surgical treatment options in order for them to make informed healthcare choices.
Dr. Hulst enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and two children. His interests include snowboarding, skiing, water-skiing, and camping.
