Our generalists fulfill the role of front-line contact and service representative to teammates throughout the organization to create a positive employee experience, offering consistent HR advice on teammate matters. They operate and are seen as subject matter experts, having sound knowledge and/or demonstrating to ability to obtain such knowledge, in company and local programs, processes and policies. They offer grounded, useful information around HR related matters, thus building credibility. They are committed to collaboration with the HR team and multiple teammate managers across the organization. A key area of focus is to increase manager capability toward self-sufficiency and to support teammate understanding on important programs, policies, tools, and processes.
