Mark procedures/charges on patient fee tickets and enter pt information (HPI/Exam/PMFSH) in pt EMR
Sterilize instruments and keep autoclave clean and in working order
Order all needed casting supplies, medical supplies and paper products
Clean and organize exam room between patients, keep all patient rooms properly stocked, neat and in order
Complete and track stock & bill supply forms
Routinely change cast saw blades and inner bags
Catalog and file surgery images
Keep wheelchair clean and tires inflated, check oxygen tank and check expiration dates on medications and supplies
Assist x-ray techs with requests for x-ray records sent to other providers, and requested from outside offices as needed
Assist in any other areas as needed or requested by manager
Must be well organized, dependable, professional and personable
Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
Ability to stand stress and high pace
Able to spend 8+ hours on feet
Education / Experience
High school diploma or GED
Certified or Interim or Registered Medical Assistant
Able to bend, pull, lift 50+lbs
Able to walk/move quickly
Able to stand for extended periods, you will be on your feet 8 plus hours a day
