Overview

Position Summary

Proliance Physical and Hand Therapy, a division of Proliance Surgeons the premiere orthopedic group in the Seattle area, is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Edmonds, Lynnwood and Mill Creek locations. The ideal candidate must have a passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care and a readiness to work with the best orthopedic surgeons in Washington State. **We are currently offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for this role**

Proliance Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for:

  • Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, and provides quality patient care
  • Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Convey a professional image and attitude
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant

Includes, but not limited to:

  • Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals
  • Knowledge and understanding of clinic policies and procedures, culture, and organizational structure
  • Additional qualifications/skills as outlined in the full job description
  • Physical therapy degree from an accredited college or university (Required)
  • Current Washington State license (Required)
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Certified Physical Therapist (Preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices in an outpatient orthopedic setting (Preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families regarding therapy services in verbal and written form
  • New grads are welcome to apply

  • Some bending and reaching required in patient care
  • Carrying of 5-10lb objects required. Occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
  • Ability to hear well in a busy environment.
  • Requires working under fast-paced conditions.
