Overview

Position Summary

Proliance Physical and Hand Therapy is seeking a skilled and dynamic physical therapist to join our best-in-class orthopedic team. We currently have openings for a part time or full time physical therapist at our Lynnwood and Mill Creek locations. Our clinics feature rehabilitative care for a wide range of orthopedic and post-surgical diagnoses.

Hours of operation are 7:30am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Applicants need to have flexible availability and work well as a team member.

Proliance Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for:

  • Conducting initial evaluations of patients with diverse orthopedic diagnoses.
  • Completing documentation and billing for all evaluations and treatments through WebPT.
  • Develop treatment plans for patient care that effectively progress patients through their recovery.
  • Utilize standardized outcome measures as needed in documentation of patient care.
  • Conduct and document reassessments as needed for progress notes and discharge from therapy.
  • Team with staff PT assistant and aide staff when appropriate.
  • Communicate with referring physicians regarding patient status.
  • Team with front desk staff for optimal patient scheduling.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with patients, staff, and referral sources.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Commitment to continual professional development in physical therapy
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software and business practices.
  • Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday, willingness to work either opening or closing shift.
  • Active WA State PT license
  • 1-year minimum experience as a PT, preferably in outpatient orthopedics.
  • Experience with WebPT software is a plus, but not required.

  • Some bending and reaching required in patient care
  • Carrying of 5-10lb objects required. Occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
  • Ability to hear well in a busy environment.
  • Requires working under fast-paced conditions.
