Benjamin Betteridge, MD, is a board-certified Primary Care Sports Medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience in treating sports-related injuries and medical conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School in 2002. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Betteridge then pursued a Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at Intermountain Utah Valley Sports Medicine in Provo, where he focused on non-surgical orthopedic care and advanced diagnostic ultrasound techniques.

In his current role, Dr. Betteridge specializes in evaluating and treating various musculoskeletal conditions using innovative methods such as ultrasound-guided procedures. His experience includes working with professional, Olympic, collegiate, and high school athletes, helping them recover from injuries and optimize their performance. He has also provided medical coverage for high-profile events, including the Ironman Triathlon World Championships, USA Ultimate World Championships, and the U.S. Speed Skating team during the World Cup/World Championships.

Dr. Betteridge’s approach to patient care is rooted in compassion and personalized treatment. He takes the time to listen closely to his patients, providing clear and thorough answers to their concerns. His treatment plans are practical and proven, incorporating cutting-edge regenerative medicine when appropriate, such as peptide therapies, hormone optimization, and regenerative injections. His primary goal is to keep patients active and healthy, empowering them to overcome sports injuries or activity-related challenges.

Outside his professional career, Dr. Betteridge is a dedicated family man, happily married with four children. He enjoys staying active and participating in sports and fitness activities. He considers it a privilege to positively impact the lives of his patients.
